COMPLAINT

Seller has the obligation to provide Client with Good free of any defects. Seller shall be held responsible towards the Client in case Good shows physical or legal defects (warranty). Consumer is entitled to warranty in the form of removal of defects, replacement for article free of defects, lowering the price or withdrawal from Agreement.


Complaints are applicable only to Consumers. Parties, Client not being the Consumer and Seller shall not be entitled to warranty for defects.
Complaints ought to be submitted at the address Mana Mana Marcelina Rozmus-Prinz 3 Maja Street 20, 81-363 Gdynia or e-mail address: czesc@manashop.pl or by phone (+48) 698 615 162. In order to improve the complaint management procedure, the complained about Good can be submitted along with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and complaint application (complaint form). Seller shall comply with Client’s request within 14 (fourteen) days. Depending on the method of submitting complaint by Client, Seller shall notify Client about the consideration of complaint and the decision by letter sent at address specified in the complaint or electronic mail or by phone at phone number specified by Client. Client, being the Consumer, who wishes to receive support on complaint, can contact the urban or regional ombudsman for consumer services.
